23.03.01 “Technology of transport processes”

Cadets study:

  • Supply chain management, transport logistics, financial management, accounting, marketing, engineering drawing, logistics management of transport flow, standardization and certification.
  • Educational Certificate - qualification “Bachelor”.
Positions to be applied for:
Graduates have an opportunity to apply for the positions of senior experts at transport control department, logistic departments, departments of shipping organization and transportation of forwarding companies passengers. 

26.03.01 “Water transport management and hydrographic support of shipping”

Cadets study:

  • Marine geodesy and geophysics, hydrography, topography, marine metrology, electronic cartography, informatics.
  • Educational Certificate - qualification “Bachelor”.
Positions to be applied for:
Graduates have an opportunity to apply for the positions of managers and experts of navigational and hydrographic shipping support companies or specialized scientific institutes.

26.05.05 “Navigation”

Cadets study:

  • Safety of navigation, hydrometeorological support of navigation, manoeuvring and ship’s handling, navigation and admiralty sailing directions, radio- and telecommunication, ship’s construction, technical navigational aids, propulsion power plants and ship’s electric equipment.
  • Educational Certificate - qualification “Engineer-navigator”.
  • Sea certificate of competency - “Officer in charge of a navigational watch”.
Positions to be applied for:
Graduates get the opportunity to apply for positions of the Officer in charge of a navigational watch, the Chief Mate and finally the Ship Master. Deck officers having a sea going experience are in great demand for managing positions of the shore-based services.

26.05.06 “Operation of the ship’s power plants”

Cadets study:

  • Ship’s construction, ship’s propulsion power plants, mechanics, thermodynamics and heat transmission, hydraulics, safety of navigation, power plants and electrical ship’s equipment, design basics, marine engineering practice.
  • Educational Certificate - qualification “Technician of ships machinery plants”.
  • Sea certificate of competency - “Officer in charge of an engine-room watch”.
Positions to be applied for:
Graduates have an opportunity to apply for the positions of the officer in charge of the engineering watch up to the Chief engineer officer. Engineer officers can work on ships of all types, as well as at ship repair yards and in ship building companies as technicians on operation of ships machinery plants and engineering equipment.
